Strategic Digital Innovation

The City of Cape Town is one of South Africa’s largest and most prominent metropolitan governments, serving millions of residents. As a major public institution, it required sophisticated digital work that supported citizen services, communication, and innovation at significant scale — with the rigor, accessibility, and accountability expected of government.

Ainsworth Studio partnered with SPPRac to support the City of Cape Town with strategic digital and innovation work. The engagement contributed to the city’s digital presence and services, focusing on clarity, user experience, and solutions that could operate reliably at metropolitan scale.

The work supported the City of Cape Town’s efforts in digital presence and citizen services at a metropolitan scale. It stands as proof of our ability to deliver high-caliber digital work for large public institutions internationally. This international government engagement complements our U.S. work and demonstrates global reach and the capacity to serve complex, mission-driven organizations.
